Welcome to JARED. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JARED platform operated by JARED Technologies LLC ("JARED," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using JARED, you agree to these Terms.
JARED is an educational market analysis platform and paper trading simulator. JARED provides AI-assisted research tools and a simulated trading environment for users who wish to study financial markets. JARED does not execute real trades, hold customer funds, or provide personalized investment advice.
Nothing on JARED — including AI-generated analysis, simulated trading outcomes, or educational content — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. JARED Technologies LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. You should consult a licensed financial professional before making any real investment decision.
All trading activity on JARED uses simulated (non-real-money) portfolios. Simulated or hypothetical performance has inherent limitations and may differ materially from real trading results. Past simulated performance is not indicative of future actual results.
JARED offers tiered subscription plans billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Payment is processed by third-party providers (Stripe) and is subject to their terms.
You agree not to: (a) use JARED for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform; (c) share your account credentials; (d) misrepresent JARED's simulated outputs as real trading results; or (e) use JARED to provide investment advice to third parties without appropriate licensing.
JARED, including its name, logo, software, content, and the "Judgment-Assisted Risk & Execution Decision Engine" platform, is the property of JARED Technologies LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use JARED for personal, educational use.
JARED is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of market data, or the reliability of AI-generated analysis. Use at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JARED Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
